Your order has leg processed correctly when you have recurred an order confirmation by email. When we have packed your package, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace code. Canceling an order
The order can be canceled by contact our customer service. The order can no longer be cancelelled once your order has been shipped. In this case, you can use retur number or you can refuse the package at the when delivered by the Courier. You have the right to return the Agreement Within A Period of 14 Days Without Giving Any Reason.
CONSEQUESTS OF CANCELLATION
If you cancel the order before packaging and/or shipping, you Will Receive Back All Payments You have made up to that point, Including Delivery Costs. You Will Receive the Amount No Later Than 10 Working Days After We Have Been Informed Of Your Decision to Cancel The Agreement. If you only return part of your order, the costs for delivery will not be refunded. We will refund you use the same mean of payment as you use for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; In any event, you will not incur any fees as a results of such refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have recurred the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods result from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
