Sending an order
We Ship Our Items via PostNL or DPD. Orders of Items That Are Received by Hibaby Before 15:00 And Have Been Paid For Will Be Shiped the Same Day by PostNL or DPD. Your order will then be delivered the same day. Order (s) After 15:00 Will Be Delivered to Your Home the Next Day.
How Will My Package Be Delivered?
We give a package for delivery to postnl or dpd post. We send a confirmation by e-mail as soon as the order is shipped. We have a track & trace code from postnl or dpd, so that we can check when and where the shipment is. Now it can happen that you are not at home when the postman delivers the package. If you are not at home, postnl or dpd will sacrifice the package again the next working day or Saturday.
If the package cannot be delivered for the second time, you will recoEive a notification from postnl or dpd, stating where the package can be collected.
